The District 10 Executive Committee extends a heartfelt thanks to Winston-Salem Republican City Councilman Robert Clark for his efforts to help the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School Administration during it's financial crisis. As a leading board member of the Twin City Development Foundation, Council Clark led the effort to secure a $400,000 donation from the foundation to be applied to the school district's $37 million debt.

Friends and Fellow Patriots, Just a short time ago, we faced some of the darkest days in recent memory. Under Democrat leadership, America endured destructive policies that nearly crushed the spirit of our great nation. Inflation soared, small businesses suffered, and families struggled to put food on the table. Crime filled our streets, our schools became centers for indoctrination, and our children’s futures were clouded by confusion and moral decay. The world stage mirrored our turmoil — with nearly sixty armed conflicts raging across the globe and troop morale at record lows. It was a time when America’s strength, values, and leadership were called into question. But today — the adults are back in charge.
Now is the time to stand up, be bold, and stay strong. Together, we are shaping the 2026 election cycle and ensuring our children inherit an America defined by opportunity, not decline Together, let’s keep our communities strong, our state red, and our nation free. |

By Sean McGowan, Chair Iredell County has been knocking doors and getting out the vote for Statesville and Mooresville and Troutman elections! Our clubs are hosting candidates and organizing electioneering for Early Voting. Our volunteers are registering voters and handing out endorsement slate cards at gun shows, forums and community events! But we also realize 2026 is just around the corner. Special thanks to the Republican Women of Lake Norman, who hosted a Judicial Jubilee to raise money for the Republican Judges who win the support of the primary voters. Current NC Supreme Court Justice Trey Allen was the event MC, with assistance from NC Appeals Court Judge Michael Stading. Multiple elected officials attended, and many sponsors and attendees supported through a silent auction. Current judicial candidates for 2026 attended and spoke, including Representative Sarah Stevens (running for NC Supreme Court), and Judge Craig Collins, Judge Matthew Smith and Judge George Bell (running for NC Court of Appeals). We were also joined by NCGOP Vice Chair Gaye Dillard, National Committeewoman Kyshia Brassington, and both the current and former District 10 Chairs! Be sure to connect with the Iredell GOP for future great events supporting Republican causes! |

I hosted a telephone town hall with over 15,000 people from North Carolina’s 10th District, answering questions about the government shutdown, federal operations, and how my office is helping families navigate it. I made it clear that Democrats’ reckless spending demands caused this shutdown, and that the House has already passed a clean funding bill to responsibly reopen the government. Even though parts of the government are closed, my offices are open, working, and ready to help. If you’re waiting on a payment, struggling to access benefits, or need answers, call us at (828) 327-6100. On Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo, I made it clear that the Democrats’ shutdown has real national security consequences. While President Trump has repurposed funds to ensure our troops get paid, we can’t keep running the government by crisis. Every day the shutdown drags on, critical defense research, intelligence operations, and energy security take a hit—costing the U.S. an estimated $15 billion in GDP per day. I also called out Democrats for playing politics with health care subsidies that were always meant to expire. Instead of negotiating in good faith, they’re holding the government hostage over reckless spending increases that lift income caps for people making $135,000 a year. The House already passed a clean bill to keep the government open. It’s time for Senate Democrats to do the same. |
